Please note: These are the only 10 paint colors you have to choose from, whether you paint now or as part of the future mandatory paint project.

2016-2023 Approved Stone & Paint Colors

The Board has approved a one-time program to accommodate those who are anxious to implement changes by allowing the Homeowner, at their own expense, to proceed with a closely supervised number of changes at this time. Homeowners who sign the Agreement (download .pdf here) will not be subject to the special assessment for painting in 2018 because they will have already paid for their paint and exterior changes beforehand. The Homeowner will however be assessed for the common area wall painting in 2018.

Additional information has been provided for your reference when selecting a roofing contractor. Please consult your roofing contractor with further questions.

For the clay tile roof systems in the Briarwood VI neighborhood, there are two components to the roof – the underlayment and the clay tile.  The underlayment on a home is the water-proofing membrane beneath the tile.  The tile itself is decorative, but also serves the purpose of keeping ultraviolet rays from the sun off the underlayment.  Together, these two products are what keep your home waterproof.  Needless to say, the underlayment you choose for the home is just as important as the tile itself.

While there are numerous underlayment options available to use with the Briarwood VI  2-piece clay roof tile, for your reference, here are two underlayment products that have been recommended and come with excellent warranties. GatorSeal has a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty and TileSeal has a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty. (Product Link:  Underlayment Products – Westlake Royal Roofing LLC).

If one of the underlayment options listed is your preference, these products are available through the same roof tile sources as noted above.
