Landscape Request Form

Landscape Modification: Requires submission of the following:

• Landscape plans for the front yard including proposed locations for modification. Plans drawn to scale may be required for upload at the discretion of the Committee
• All plant types, sizes and quantities, as well as granite color and size, if applicable.
• Current photos of actual areas proposed for modifications. Please note the following stipulations regarding landscaping:
  • Landscape contractor signage is not permitted.
  • No grade changes that adversely affect drainage are permitted.
