The Outreach Committee’s ultimate goal is to cultivate an atmosphere where every owner feels welcome, heard, valued, safe, and connected to the Briarwood VI community.

The Committee, hand in hand with the Board of Directors:

• Facilitates communication by ensuring all residents receive the HOA membership directory, which includes the HOA governing documents.
• Helps new owners become part of the community by hosting periodic welcome socials.
• Conveys homeowner feedback and concerns to the Board and connects residents with appropriate committees or website resources to solve specific needs.
• Acts as a liaison for Board directives (e.g., trash bin storage) to encourage compliance and help residents avoid fines.
• Partners with Scottsdale Police and Fire to provide city resources like the lock-box program and police burglary prevention tips.
• Promotes community vigilance to help keep our neighborhood safe.
• Coordinates and oversees the process that governs homeowner rentals and tenants.

This multi-faceted committee’s purpose is to greet new homeowners, help them transition into Briarwood VI and introduce them to important community rules and regulations. There is a committee member assigned to each street who can be contacted with questions, concerns or need.
